Etienne Juliot

Etienne Juliot est co-fondateur et vice-président de la société Obeo, société spécialisée dans les outils de modélisation. Diplômé du Master Architecture logicielle de l’université de Nantes, il gère depuis 15 ans des collaborations stratégiques avec de grandes entreprises internationales sur le sujet de la transformation numérique et la création des ateliers d’architecture logicielle et système.
Également membre du comité directeur de la fondation Eclipse, il est fortement impliqué dans les communautés Open Source : participation à des projets Open Source Eclipse, fondateur de PolarSys (consortium industriel autour de l’embarqué) et d’Alliance Libre (pôle d’expertise en logiciels libres sur le Grand Ouest) et orateur lors de conférences internationales.

Etienne Juliot is co-founder and vice president of Obeo, a software editor focused on Model Driven tools. With a masters degree in Architectural software from Nantes University, he has for 15 years
been managing strategic collaborations with large companies in the areas of digital transformation, system engineering, and enterprise architecture.
Also a member of the steering commitee of the Eclipse fondation, he is strongly involved in OpenSource communities: contributor to several Eclipse projects (Acceleo, Sirius, EMF, EGit, etc.), founder of Polarsys (industrial consortium around embedded) and Alliance Libre (expert pole for free softwares within the Grand-Ouest region of France), and speaker at famous conferences (EclipseCon, Mix-IT, OMG, FEN, CSDM, …).
