Farid est fondateur de l’association Founder Family, un regroupement d’acteurs engagés dans le continent Africain pour catalyser toutes les parties prenantes au développement économique, social et durable des territoires. Dans cet objectif, la Founder Family élabore des outils pour mettre en oeuvre différents programmes, notamment : entrepreneurship.ngo , Webdays, innovationenroute.com. Elu meilleure personnalité web en Algérie en 2013, Farid Arab est aussi co-organisateur de No Limits fora Young World et est directeur de la société Pure Player. Il est animé par la volonté de créer une dynamique territoriale entre tous les acteurs, une révolution numérique et culturelle à la fois.
