Sophie est avocate en droit fiscal au sein de FIDAL à Nantes. Tant en France qu’à l’international, elle accompagne et conseille les clients dans les domaines de la fiscalité des entreprises, fiscalité des restructurations d’entreprises, droit fiscal international, impôts sur les sociétés, fiscalité patrimoniale (IR/ISF).

Elle a développé une expertise particulière en matière de fiscalité de l’innovation et plus particulièrement de CIR et s’investit dans l’équipe « Start & Step Up by FIDAL », offre dédiée aux startups innovantes qui souhaitent être accompagnées par un cabinet d’avocats pour la création de leur entreprise.

Sophie is a fiscal lawyer within the FIDAL company in Nantes. Either in France or abroad she helps and advises clients in the fields of private taxation, its restructuring impact, international tax legislations, corporate taxes, patrimonial taxation (IR/ISF).

She has developed a particular expertise regarding innovation taxation, and particularly on CIR and contributes to the « Start & Step Up by FIDAL » team, a service dedicated to innovative startups wishing to be assisted by a legal office for the creation of their company.
