Walter Bonomo

Au sein de l’Université de Nantes, Walter apporte sa contribution au développement des Territoires numériques, dans la perspective de faire émerger des projets liés à la transmission des savoirs.

Mieux faire connaître l’Université au plus grand nombre, notamment la richesse immatérielle qui la caractérise, contribuer à la rendre davantage accessible, populaire, citoyenne, sont des enjeux qui à titre personnel, le motivent.

Dans cette perspective, il intervient de préférence dans les phases « amont » des projets : conception des dispositifs en coopération avec le Quartier de la création (SAMOA), analyse des besoins et des usages, ciblage des publics, montage de dossiers, développement des partenariats locaux et internationaux (Quebec 3.0), recherche de financements.

Walter a initié en 2008 TVREZE.fr, une télévision web et citoyenne avec une dizaine d’autres personnes. L’idée étant de co-produire avec les habitants de l’agglomération nantaise, une information de proximité, qui leur est utile.

Within the University of Nantes, Walter brings his contribution to the development of Digital Territories, in the perspective of making projects linked to the transmission of knowledge emerge.

With this perspective in mind, he prefers to take action in the « upstream » stages of projects: conception of devices in cooperation with the Creation District (SAMOA), analysis of international and use need, targeting of publics, assembly of files, development of local and international partnership (Quebec 3.0), financing research.

Walter initiated in 2008 TVREZE.fr, a web and citizen TV with about ten other people. The idea being to co-produce with inhabitants of the agglomeration of Nantes, a proximity information, that are useful to them.
